Ditching teflon for good...
Yes, it’s about time. I finally have a nice guide on how to cook well with stainless steel cookware without the stick! Following this guide has already made me feel better about cooking with stainless steel. I was so worried about ruining it, so I used it only on stuff like fish and stir fry’s. Hopefully someone else will benefit from this great article.
